Our Policy

We value your business.  Please read over our policy very carefully as it is non-negotiable.

 

A $50 non-refundable deposit fee is required for any meal prep service.

 

A $150 or 20% non-refundable deposit fee for any small event service is due. whichever is greater. 

The deposit fee will go toward your service.

The remaining balance is due the day service is rendered.

 As of right now we Accept the following payment methods

Cash app, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash (please note that cash is NOT accepted for the deposit).

 

Cancellations 

Any cancelation should be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. Anything after that will result in a 50% fee of  the total service price.

 

Any cancelations made 24 hours or less , you will be responsible to pay the FULL remaining balance.

 

Last minute changes start at $25 and up depending on the change.
